Grate Magnet

A grate magnet is a type of magnetic separator constructed by a row of magnetic bars, fixed by frames in various shapes such as square, rectangle, round, oval, triangle, rhombus, or irregular polygon. It is designed to ensure product purity by removing iron particles from free-flowing materials like carbon black, drugs, chemicals, cosmetics, plastics, and food industries. These units are easily installed in hoppers, floor openings, chutes, or ducts, allowing the product stream to come into direct contact with the grate, thereby attracting and capturing iron substances.
