Heat-Up Burner

A Honeywell Eclipse product. A Complete, Portable System for Furnace Heat-Up.
Applications: The Eclipse Heat-Up Burner is a portable combustion system designed for the controlled heat-up and dry-out of refractory in a variety of furnaces, including glass furnaces.
It is typically used to raise the furnace temperature from a cold start up to main burner light-off. The system is also used for slag burn-out and cleaning in furnace regenerator checkers. The Eclipse Heat-Up Burner system is available in three standard burner sizes; 3,000,000 Btu/hr. (879 kW), 6,000,000 Btu/hr. (1758 kW) and 12,000,000 Btu/hr. (3516 kW). A variety of other capacities are also available.
