Housing Magnet

Housing magnets are designed for efficient fine iron and ferromagnetic contamination removing from range of dry free flowing powder, scrap, granular product such as sugar, grain tea, etc. They are widely used in field of ceramics, chemical, pharmacy, food, plastic, rubber dyestuff, etc.

Feature:
1. Standard magnetic drawer with strength of 12000 Gauss and easy cleaning magnet with max 8000 Gauss are available.
2. Square chute and round pipelines flange can be chosen to suit each customer requirement for easy installation.
3. Standard working temperature < = 80 deg Celcius , Max working temperature to 350 deg Celcius is available.
4. One layer, two layer or more layers of Grate Magnet can be produced according customer’s requirement.
5. Housing and magnetic tube material are 304 or 316L stainless steel, according to customer’s requirement.
6. The magnet in the housing can also be designed to be static or rotating type.
