Magnet Rod

Magnet rods can be used to effectively remove tramp iron to fine iron contamination from product (dry or liquid) and ensure product quality. They are made mainly of some ceramic or Neodymium magnet element and coated with non-ferrous material such as Aluminium, Stainless Steel 304, 316, or Titanium, and each end of magnet rod is welded to be watertight .

Our standard Magnet ROD Diameter 25 mm and Length can be requested up to 2500 mm length, and customized Diameter can be ordered (from 10 mm to 100 mm), with magnet intensity from 2500 Gauss to 14000 Gauss (standard is 12000 Gauss and 15000 Gauss magnet is under development). Design temperature of these magnets are from 60 deg Celcius to 350 deg Celcius (standard is 80 deg Celcius).
